Process Manager

Job Description:

• Participate in leading change and transformation within the Technology Division.
• Support and monitor teams to achieve goals, improve performance and productivity, and accelerate DELIVERY.
• Analyze and improve technological processes, with an emphasis on adopting and implementing tools, automation, methods, and advanced technological infrastructures (Cloud, DEVOPS, CI/CD, AI, etc.).
• Identify bottlenecks, barriers, bureaucratic processes, and work with relevant parties to resolve them.
• Implement a managerial model and routines to support decision-making processes, monitoring, and continuous improvement using relevant metrics and dashboards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management – a significant advantage (especially with a focus on Information Systems).
• Technological orientation and experience in process implementation within an agile technological environment.
• Eagerness to lead change and create significant impact within the organization.
• Assertiveness and the ability to influence and engage managers and partners within your environment.
• Systemic and process-oriented thinking.
• Strong interpersonal skills and high communication ability.
• Fast learner, personal responsibility, organizational skills, and independence.
