Information Security and Communication team lead

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage a team of four professionals in the Information Security and Communication field. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of various projects related to information security and communication, ensuring that all work aligns with the organization’s security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of four members, driving performance and ensuring goals are met.
• Lead and implement information security and communication infrastructure projects.
• Monitor and address security vulnerabilities and threats.
• Guide innovative projects focused on improving information security and communication systems.
• Plan, track, and manage work plans and progress.
• Set and monitor goals for team members, ensuring alignment with both personal and professional objectives.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience managing an information security and communication team.
• 2+ years of experience in information systems and communication.
• Extensive experience in managing and maintaining communication and information security infrastructures.

Hands-on experience with CISCO communication systems, Fortinet and Checkpoint Firewalls, and 5F Load Balancers, NEXUS
