Automation Manager

About Us:

Flo optics is a tech startup, developing new digital printing technology for coating of optical lenses. As part of the company’s efforts and preparation for first product, we are expanding the activities. As Automation & HW manager, you will play a key role in leading and guiding a team of HW & Automation engineers through the challenges and obstacles to a successful delivery. In the position you will team up with the program manager, Material director and process manager as the R&D managing team, reporting to VP R&D.

Job Description

• Manage and lead team of mechanical, electrical, control and SW engineers
• Responsible for the individual growth and progress of his team to maintain technological lead
• Provide the best technical solutions and execute the development plan according to the work-plan
• Consult the executive management on potential technical solutions and be part of flew-management team.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams (including Mechanics, Electronics, Control, SW), in leading Digital printing companies.
• Knowledge and experience in industrial automation
• Familiar and experienced in agile development methods
• “Can–do” attitude & original thinker
• Team player
