We're seeking a tech-savvy HR systems champion to lead our HRIS team and drive innovation in our People operations. You'll be the mastermind behind our HR platforms, leading implementations and integrations that make our people processes seamless and efficient.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and evolve our HR systems landscape, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors
• Partner with executives to transform HR processes through technology
• Guide a talented team in building creative solutions and automations

You'll Thrive Here If You Have:

• A knack for HR technology and process optimization
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central (EC) and Compensation modules (major plus!)
• Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew
• Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn new systems
• Eye for process improvement and automation opportunities

Nice-to-Haves:

• 3+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience in medium-large companies
• API integration knowledge
• SQL familiarity
• Experience with multiple HR platforms
