A global company located at the Airport City is looking for a Receptionist.
As a Receptionist you will:
- Manage our front desk, work with suppliers, and provide administrative support to the CEO .
- You will be the first point of contact for guests and provide broader administrative services to various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling, and meeting coordination, and handle supplier communications.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO.
- Greet and assist visitors with a positive attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments.
- Handle mail, deliveries, and basic office operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist in a global company - an advantage
- High level English - mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.\
Full time Sunday to Thursday 08:00-17:00 / 09:00/18:00
