Import Operations Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Imported Operations Manager at Gad Dairy. The Imported Manager will be responsible for overseeing the inventory and supply chain of the company’s imported product line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structuring a system of planning and managing balanced inventory levels in accordance with marketing projections.
• Managing and planning of orders and productions in Israel and globally.
• Ensuring that all orders strictly comply with Kosher and regulatory regulations.
• Applying for import quotas.

Qualifications

• Native-level English and fluency in Hebrew
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage complex supply chains
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, International Relations, or related field
• Knowledge of French, Italian, or Spanish
• Experience with marketing analytic tools
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Knowledge of import regulations and customs procedures
