• Manage the deployment and optimization of our back-office systems, focusing on specific software solutions tailored for investment firms.
• Optimize Financial Processes:
• Monitor and enhance financial processes and accounting activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Banking Operations:
• Engage in daily operations with banking systems, including conducting bank reconciliations and managing transactions.
• Excel Mastery:
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas and possibly macros, to analyze data and support decision-making.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
• Work closely with management and operational teams to coordinate activities and implement process improvements.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience:
• Proven experience in a similar role within an investment firm, hedge fund, or financial institution.
• In-depth understanding of back-office systems used in the financial sector.
• Technical Skills:
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas; experience with macros is a plus.
• Strong technological aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
• Financial Acumen:
• Solid understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and banking operations.
