R&D Lab Technician

We are looking for an excellent R&D Lab Technician to join our team in Israel.

Job Description:

• Execute Verification & Validation tests, record data, and analyze results to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO)
• Participate in departmental tasks that include problem solving and critical root cause analysis.
• Set up and maintain test equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
• Assist in the development of test procedures
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing processes.

Direct manager: R&D Lab Manager

Job Requirements:

• Experience in a multidisciplinary environment – an advantage
• Previous experience in a laboratory or testing environment, preferably in medical devices – strong advantage
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
• Basic understanding of laboratory equipment and tools used in testing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Practical engineer or BSc. in Mechanical/ Bio – Medical Engineering or equivalent - strong advantage

Computer skills:

• Full control of all office applications

Language skills:

• English - fluent (read & write)

Personality:

able to work in a dynamic atmosphere
