We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Finance to lead ScaleOps’ financial operations and strategy. This critical role will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring fiscal health as we continue scaling rapidly. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in dynamic startup environments, deep expertise in financial management, and experience transitioning from auditing roles in one of the Big Four firms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Leadership: Develop and lead ScaleOps’ financial strategy, providing clear insights to the leadership team and board of directors.
• Build detailed budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring performance against targets.
• Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in compliance with local and international regulations.
• Implement systems and processes to support the company’s scaling operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, investors, and external auditors, building trust and transparency in financial communications.
• Monitor and optimize cash flow, ensuring fiscal health and readiness for further growth.

What do you bring along?

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, including a tenure at one of the **Big Four** accounting firms.
• Prior experience in a controller role at a global startup.
• Deep understanding of financial systems, reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP), and tax regulations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Proven ability to lead finance teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
