AI Platform Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Platform Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of our cutting-edge platform. This role requires expertise in cloud infrastructure, GPU workloads, and Kubernetes, alongside the ability to collaborate closely with research teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions for advanced AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the platform infrastructure, ensuring its robustness, efficiency, and adaptability to evolving needs.
• Optimize GPU resource management, monitoring tools, and system capacity across diverse cloud providers.
• Oversee Kubernetes environments, driving operational enhancements and maintaining peak system performance.
• Design and implement sophisticated cloud solutions to support large-scale AI pipelines and research workflows.
• Establish and promote best practices in automation, infrastructure design, and continuous deployment processes.
• Partner with R&D teams to create efficient internal tools and frameworks that enhance productivity and system performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience managing scalable SaaS infrastructure on platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong ability to analyze and improve complex, distributed systems with a hands-on approach.
• Proven experience with managing GPU-intensive workloads in production environments.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud architectures (multi-cloud proficiency is a plus) and Kubernetes management.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the capacity to overcome intricate technical challenges.
• Familiarity with building internal developer platforms and infrastructure systems.
• Advanced expertise in monitoring, observability, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Excellent communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
