Full-Stack Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and talented Full-Stack Team Leader to join and lead one of our dynamic development teams.

As a Full-Stack Team Leader, you will play a key role in driving innovation and delivering high-quality solutions. This is a hands-on role (60%) where you will manage the development of new features while fostering a culture of excellence. We prioritize high coding standards, robust development practices, and the use of cutting-edge technologies.

Requirements:

• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years as a software engineer, developing both frontend and backend systems.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a development team.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in NodeJS, Python, or .NET – required.
• Experience with Angular or React – an advantage.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes – an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools – an advantage.
• Proficiency in working with databases such as PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, or Elasticsearch – required.
• Strong understanding of web architectures, particularly microservices architecture.
