We are seeking an experienced R&D Team Lead with a strong background in system architecture and software development to join a dynamic team.
If you have experience working on high-scale projects and leading development teams from production to optimization, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
What You'll Do:
- Lead the technology and architecture of our data collection system, designing and developing technical projects.
- Manage an R&D team, taking responsibility for the professional development of each team member.
- Collaborate closely with the product team and lead sprints and planning sessions.
- Provide ongoing support, optimizations, and troubleshooting for production systems.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in software development
- At least 2 years of experience with Python
- At least 2 years of team leadership experience
- Experience working on high-scale, production-grade projects
- Strong knowledge of Linux, Big Data systems, REST architecture, and web technologies
- Experience with crawling technologies is a big plus
