Legal Counsel - Maternity Leave Replacement

Fixed-term contract for 9-12 months.

We have an opportunity for an exceptional legal counsel to join our growing team. This person needs to be passionate about our mission to support the business team in negotiating and successfully finalizing the Company's agreements, with an emphasis on the Company's procurement agreements. We are looking for someone who understands SaaS B2B contract negotiation, can provide day-to-day legal advice to various Company’s departments, and can support in CLM system implementation.

What you'll do:

• Support the Company’s business team in leading negotiations of commercial agreements and provide the business team with day-to-day legal advice.
• Be involved in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, including synchronizing input from stakeholders, and attending negotiation calls.
• Advise and work alongside employees in all Company divisions around the globe.

You’ll do it using:

• 3-5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer in a leading law firm or in a legal department of a high-tech company.
• English language skills at a Mother Tongue level
• Experience in negotiating B2B SaaS International commercial transactions.
• Commercial acumen, business orientation.
• Privacy-related experience or financial institutions experience - an advantage.
• Ability to communicate on a peer-to-peer level with senior executives and business teams.
