We are hiring

We're on the search for a Senior Product Manager to join the Torii product team, reporting to the CPO. As a product-first company, we are passionate about building products that delight our users, and we're looking for an equally passionate product manager to help us achieve this vision.

In this role, you will lead the team responsible for Torii's automation capabilities, including our intuitive workflow engine that powers diverse automation use cases in the SaaS management space. You'll work closely with Customers, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to gather insights and ensure we deliver impactful solutions that provide real value to our customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager working on SaaS products
• You have built products with deep product and UX design requirements
• You are an excellent written and verbal communicator
• You have a proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results
• You value execution and getting things out of the door and understand that your success is measured by your product and team's success
• Experience working in IT/Security domain is a plus.
  
  

• Build and own the team's roadmap and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Solve customer problems by building features they love, delivering measurable value and impact.
• Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and the broader market landscape.
• Partner with the engineering team to set direction, provide context, and ensure alignment with product goals.
• Collaborate closely with the product designer to create wireframes and detailed UX flows that enhance user experience.
• Work with Torii's leadership team, customers, and other internal stakeholders to align the product vision across all company functions.
• Drive data-driven decisions, ensuring clear prioritization and efficient execution of initiatives.
• Define and track product KPIs and goals, establishing metrics to measure success and progress.
• Write and maintain detailed specifications and use-cases to guide the engineering team in delivering high-quality solutions.
• Create and manage user-facing documentation to support product adoption and customer success
