Research Development Team Lead JB-3672

A growing start up with an innovative Fintech product is searching for an experienced R&D Team Leader.

This is a hybrid role that integrates data engineering and data integration responsibilities, with a focus on building and maintaining end-to-end data pipelines within our next-generation infrastructure platform.

You will lead a team of engineers to design and implement solutions using tools such as DBT, Airbyte, Airflow, and other components of the modern data stack, while maintaining high technical standards and performance.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of development experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as an R&D team leader .
• Experience with designing and building scalable systems with Cloud Architecture in a SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience with data extraction, transformation, manipulation, designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines using custom tooling, emphasizing monitoring, supportability, and resource optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and manage distributed cross-functional R&D teams, mentorship skills, fostering a collaborative and communicative team environment.
• Expertise with data orchestration and workflow tools (Apache Airflow is an advantage)
