The Position

In this role you will:

• Drive Customer Value Through Strategic Financial Modeling
• Serve as a primary finance business partner for commercial teams, translating customer needs into financially optimized proposals
• Develop comprehensive deal models and conduct in-depth profitability analyses
• Provide timely financial insights to support sales strategies and tender processes
• Understand business environment and evaluate pricing dynamics and competitive risks
• Create business cases for potential opportunities and support product launch activities with robust financial insights
• Manage Contract and Pricing Lifecycle
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of customer contracts across Roche systems
• Collaborate across departments to align contract terms and system data
• Draft, review, and manage contract change notices and sub-contracts with ownership of financial topics
• Perform systematic contract reviews across enterprise systems
• Optimize Pricing and Financial Performance
• Analyze contract data to inform pricing and volume strategies
• Generate insights to enhance P&L performance and support financial planning
• Initiate efficiency improvements and risk reduction initiatives
  
  

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years experience in Finance, Controlling, FP&A, or Pricing
• Exceptional business partner with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Result-oriented with strong decision-making and prioritization skills
• Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and modeling
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Experience in Healthcare, Diagnostics, or Multinational environments
• High-level fluency in Hebrew and English
