Finance Business Analyst

The Financial Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the financial analysis function of our digital bank. This position will be responsible for providing strategic insights, financial modeling, and data analysis to drive business decisions and support the bank's growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize data analytics tools to extract, analyze, and interpret financial data.
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide real-time financial insights to management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and marketing, to support business initiatives.
• Communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders.
• Support the development and execution of the bank's strategic plan.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to drive business growth and profitability.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
• Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to evaluate potential business opportunities and risks.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CFA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or a related role.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in banks or fintech industry.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and business intelligence tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
