We are looking for a talented junior lawyer to join our legal department in Herzeliya.

Responsibilities

As part of your role as a commercial lawyer in our Legal Department you will:

• Support both our local and international sales, provide practical, timely and high-quality legal advice with regards to customer facing agreements as well as other contracts from former job description.
• Negotiate a diverse range of commercial contracts (including but not limited to sales agreements, procurement contracts, purchasing and licensing agreements, etc).
• Review and analyze agreements with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and explain non-standard terms and associated risks to our internal stakeholders.
  
  

• LLB degree.
• Israeli license to practice law
• Independent, fast learner and thorough
• Team player
• High level drafting and negotiation skills (both verbal and written)
• Strong work ethic
• Fluent English
