Why You'll Love This Role

As a Product Designer, you’ll work closely with our R&D and product team in Tel Aviv and collaborate with design, sales, and customer success teams in the US. Reporting to the Head of Design, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the design of Laguna Companion and Laguna Insight (a TIME Best Invention for 2024). From user research to final implementation, your work will ensure our designs are delightful, consistent, and impactful.

What You'll Do

• Advocate for Users: Represent user needs and goals throughout the design process, enabling the team to empathize with and solve real user problems.
• Design End-to-End Features: Create seamless, pixel-perfect designs that reflect Laguna’s unique brand personality.
• Maintain Our Design System: Own, evolve, and maintain a design system that empowers both designers and developers.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product managers and developers to design solutions that balance usability, aesthetics, and feasibility.
• Test and Iterate: Validate design decisions through user feedback and testing, adjusting to deliver the best experience possible.
• Ensure Quality: QA your designs post-implementation, ensuring they meet Laguna’s high standards of quality and usability.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in product design with a portfolio showcasing high-quality work.
• Expertise in Figma and familiarity with design tools like Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience contributing to or managing design systems.
• Strong skills in responsive design, accessibility, and visual design.
• A collaborative mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Knowledge of the US healthcare system.
• Experience crafting microcopy or illustrations.
• A passion for working with remote and cross-cultural teams.
