Python Backend Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Developer to join our Infrastructure Development Team. As a Senior Python Developer, you will play a crucial role in architecting, developing, and maintaining the core infrastructure that powers our innovative solutions.

You will build applications, API backends, libraries and infrastructures which will be used by many other teams within Infinidat. These applications can range from small to large scale applications.

The majority of development is in Python but some of it is in Rust and other languages.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable infrastructure solutions using Python, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security
• Full ownership over design and implementation of our web applications, API backends or libraries
• Be in charge of constantly improving our infrastructure
• Experiment new technologies, find cool new ways of doing things
  
  

• 3+ years of experience as a Python developer
• Very strong programming and design skills in Python
• Experience in Linux
• Familiar with generators, decorators, and partials
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience working with one of the popular web frameworks: Django, Flask or FastAPI
  
  

• Development of distributed systems
• Database Development with Postgres
• Some familiarity with frontend development / JS
• Exprience with Go and Rust
• Exprience with microservices architecture
