Process Engineer - Water Desalination/Wastewater Treatment

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer with experience in water desalination or wastewater treatment to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and overseeing processes related to water treatment systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop processes for water desalination and wastewater treatment systems.
• Conduct process simulations and modeling to optimize system performance.
• Prepare detailed process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers, to ensure integrated system design.
• Perform process troubleshooting and provide technical support during commissioning and operation.
• Conduct pilot studies and experiments to validate process designs and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and present technical reports and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in water desalination or wastewater treatment processes.
• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, MATLAB).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and standards related to water treatment.
