PMO Team Leader - Israel

Your mission

We are seeking a PMO Team Leader to oversee and lead our project management team in driving the successful execution of renewable energy projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills, a data-driven approach, and extensive experience in managing complex projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid technical background in renewable energy or related fields.

About The Role

As the PMO Team Leader, you will guide a team of project managers and ensure alignment with organizational goals, driving project delivery excellence and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of project managers, ensuring the successful execution of projects and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, KPIs, and ensure timely reporting.
• Resolve technical and operational challenges by coordinating with product, service, and other divisions.
• Oversee contract reviews, project milestones, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Manage resources, including engineers, contractors, and equipment, to optimize project outcomes.
• Supervise delivery, FAT, commissioning, SAT, and handover processes on-site as needed.
• Implement and improve organizational processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while managing change orders effectively.
• Drive team development, performance reviews, and training to foster a high-performing culture.
  
  

Your profile

• Highly organized, data-driven, and experienced in managing large-scale, complex projects.
• Proven leadership and team management skills in a global, multicultural, matrix environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a broad, strategic perspective.
• Adaptable to change, works well under pressure, and thrives in dynamic environments.
• Proficient in PC software (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, MS Project, Monday).
• Fluent in written and spoken Hebrew and English at a C1 level.
• Technical background in renewable energy, power electronics, IT, electricity, or civil engineering.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Engineering degree in electrical, mechanical, or electronics fields is a significant advantage.
