Product Designer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, engineering, etc.) to design intuitive and impactful user experiences for our cybersecurity products.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continually refine designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design ideas and interactions.
• Ensure design consistency and alignment across the product by contributing to and maintaining design systems.
• Partner with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs and resolve any design-related issues during development.
• Use data-driven insights to inform design decisions, improve usability, and optimize user flows.
• Collaborate with data analysts and product teams to incorporate insights from data analytics into the design process.
• Stay ahead of design trends, best practices, and new technologies in both product design and cybersecurity.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in product design, preferably within high-tech or cybersecurity sectors.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your UX/UI skills and the ability to solve complex design problems.
• Understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into the design process.
• Experience interpreting data analytics and using insights to drive design decisions.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or other user analytics platforms.
• Ability to work within an agile environment and iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for solving complex problems in the space.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with enterprise cybersecurity solutions or B2B SaaS products.
• Familiarity with front-end development and understanding design-to-code workflows.
• Knowledge of data visualization or designing for complex information architecture.
