The technical training instructor will be in close contact with external and internal colleagues while representing the training team. Colleagues must be backed up. The main goal is to develop high quality training and deliver the content appropriately in all shops. The focus areas will be electrical, as well as safety related training programs.

You will have a unique opportunity to accompany a new training organization from the beginning and contribute your own ideas. Continuous improvement, an open mindset and a proactive work style are key to success in this role.
