Head of Global IT

We are seeking an experienced Head of Global IT to lead our IT/IS unit, defining the IT vision and roadmap for the Priority Software group, aligning it with company goals, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring high service standards. This role requires strategic leadership to align IT initiatives with business growth and close collaboration with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, including Office 365, corporate networks, Active Directory, and IT equipment, ensuring secure and efficient operation.
• Manage and optimize the ERP system (Priority ERP) to meet ever-evolving business requirements.
• Drive business intelligence initiatives using AI, Power BI, or similar tools to enable data-driven decision-making and improve business processes.
• Oversee call center operations (Genesys) to enhance customer experience.
• Lead post-merger IT integration, harmonizing systems and processes across acquired companies.
• Manage and secure corporate environments, including development, staging, and production servers, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integrations, automation opportunities, and manage budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Relevant academic background.
• Native-level proficiency in English and Hebrew.
• 10+ years of IT/IS leadership experience, ideally in a global software or technology-driven organization.
• Strong expertise in ERP systems, specifically Priority ERP (required).
• Proven experience in leading business intelligence initiatives with tools like Power BI.
• Experience with call center platforms, preferably Genesys.
• Experience leading post-merger integrations for acquired companies.
• Proficiency in managing Office 365 environments, including collaboration and communication tools.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and people management skills.
• Experience managing budgets and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to work from our Rosh Ha'Ayin office 4 days per week.
