Job Summary
As our Business Development & Sales leader, you will play a key role in shaping and executing Enwize's go-to-market strategy. This role is designed for a self-starter who can create and seize opportunities, work closely with customers, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in targeted markets and sectors.
- Represent Enwize at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance our market presence and network.
- Work closely with internal teams, including product development and customer success, to ensure that market feedback drives continuous improvement.
Sales Management
- Drive the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact through to contract negotiations and closing.
- Identify and pursue new leads, converting opportunities into lasting customer relationships.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Create and maintain sales presentations, proposals, and other materials as needed.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing reports and insights to the leadership team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, ideally in a technology startup or industry-relevant field.
- Strong understanding of sales and business development processes, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive initiatives forward with minimal oversight.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to close deals.
- Proven experience in developing and executing strategic growth plans.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
