Product Manager

Job Type: Part-Time (>60%) or Full-Time

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of products for the capital markets, focusing on stock exchange trading systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial products and trading platforms, and will be responsible for driving product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify product opportunities and improvements, and create coherent specification documents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, sales, and operations to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with UX/UI consultants to deliver user-friendly products.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor product performance and continuously optimize based on feedback.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of product management experience, with expertise in capital markets or trading systems.
• Strong understanding of trading platforms.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred:

• Agile or Scrum experience.
• Knowledge of high-frequency trading or FIX / CTCI protocol.
