Job Description

As a R&D Team Lead at WiseStamp, you will be at the forefront of innovation, leading, building and enhancing our product offerings while forming and leading a global strong team.

Your leadership will be key in shaping the direction of our solutions & technology and the impact we have on our users.

Who You Are

• A seasoned leader with 5+ years of experience managing and inspiring teams, guiding projects from conception to production.
• Proficient in building and maintaining enterprise-grade solutions
• Hands-on experience in web full-stack development (Node.js, TypeScript, Vue3 and JavaScript).
• Experienced with cloud platform operations and maintenance, especially in GCP (Google Cloud Platform) (preferred).
• A people person with excellent communication skills, fostering a collaborative and positive team environment.
• Passionate about leveraging data to enhance performance and usability, always striving for excellence.

• Collaborate closely with product management to co-lead the development of impactful solutions that meet user needs.
• Serve as a technical leader, working with stakeholders and customers to drive innovation.
• Mentor and guide team members, supporting their professional growth and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Be an integral part of the R&D leadership team, actively contributing to technical discussions and strategies.
