Senior Mechanical Engineer

A global, multi-national, growing company, is looking for an experienced mechanical engineer who wants to join the office in Israel.

The mechanical engineer takes part in product development throughout the product life cycle. Responsible for aspects of mechanical development of the current and future company products.

Hands on mechanical design and fabrication.

Responsible to transfer to production of the company products.

Participating in mechanical aspects of the V&V, CE and FDA submission, including protocol writing, testing, test reports, etc.

Responsible to meet tight schedules and meet milestones.

Responsible to management of subcontractors.

Requirements:

B.Sc. in mechanical engineering.

6+ years of experience in mechanical design of electro-mechanical systems.

Experience in the design of complex and miniature mechanisms.

Experience in design of industrial machines .

Proficiency with SolidWorks - must.

Familiar with dynamic/ motion mechanisms design.

Experience with Design for manufacturing.

Familiar with production technologies: machining, sheet metal, plastic injection molding etc…

Experience in medical device industry - advantage

Independent work capability, time and tasks managing, high interpersonal and communication skills.

Hands-on approach to electro-mechanical assembly.

Proficiency in MS Office.

High level Hebrew and English required
