- Full-time position based in our Petah Tikva office, with the flexibility of one hybrid workday per week

- Work hours: 09:00-18:00 🕘

Requirements:

- Proven experience in customer service and technical support - a must

- High level of service awareness

- Strong technical orientation and problem-solving skills 🔍

- Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork capabilities 🗣

- Proficient verbal and written communication

- Familiarity with the internet and digital marketing - an advantage 🌐

- Experience with SaaS companies - an advantage
