Moon Active is seeking an exceptional UX/UI Team Lead to join and lead our fast-growing UX/UI team. The UX/UI team is dedicated to creating engaging game experiences and concepts while supporting the product department in the development of new features for our games.

Responsibilities

• Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment within the UX/UI team, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with guidelines.
• Guide and monitor multiple UX/UI projects from concept to release, coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Lead the ideation and sketching of assets to support the design process.
• Oversee the UX/UI section of the Product Requirements Document (PRD) to reflect the intended user experience.
• Oversee and participate in user testing to identify and address areas for improvement and problem-solving as needed.
• Create and review wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, final art design and animations to maintain a consistent and visually appealing user interface.
• Utilize user feedback and analytics to continuously enhance the user experience and interface.
  
  

• 4+ years of proven experience leading UX/UI teams in the mobile gaming industry.
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with experience in developing multi-platform user interfaces.
• Ability to create visually appealing designs while maintaining usability and accessibility standards.
• Strong design, drawing, color, composition, and conceptual ideation skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of mobile game design best practices and current UX/UI trends.
