Junior Software Engineer

StarNext is looking for a passionate and eager Junior Software Engineer (full stack) to join our Research & Development team in Tel-Aviv. You will be part of a local and global team, which is responsible for the design and software development of our products.

Principle duties and responsibilities

Perform as an active part of software projects, e.g. product design, software design, software implementation/coding, unit testing and integration testing parallel to the responsibility of maintaining a 24/7 live production environment.

Knowledge, skills and experience required

·        Experience of up to 2 years.

·        Understand product architecture, design, processes, tools, etc.

·        Microsoft technologies .Net Framework/Core, Sql Server, IIS knowledge – an advantage.

·        Experience with Front End technologies, Angular18+ and Typescripts – an advantage

·        Experience in Microservices architecture and development – an advantage

·        C# / OOP projects or work-related experience – an advantage.

·        Experience with Cloud technologies (preferred Azure) – an advantage

·        Familiarity with Umbraco Content management Systems (CMS) – an advantage

·        Demonstrated ability to work as part of the existing SW team.

·        Very good English.

·        Fast Learner.

·        Independent.

·        Good communication/interpersonal skills.

Additional information

·        This role is an on-site/in-office position which does not allow employees to split their time between working on-site/in-office and off-site/out-of-office! So just to reiterate, this is not a hybrid role 😊
