Quality Control Inspector

🌍 Join Our Team as a Quality Control (QC) Inspector 🌍

We’re looking for a talented Quality Control Inspector to join a global company specializing in power supplies and communication systems. The company develops and manufactures both standard and customized power supplies for military, civil aviation, and aerospace applications.

📍 Location: Poleg Industrial Zone, Netanya

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections at all stages of organizational processes (incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection).
• Inspect products and processes.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Inspect printed circuit boards (PCBs) and assemblies according to IPC standards.
• Handle non-conformities, including MRB deviations.
• Investigate faults, analyze data, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Provide training to production employees and monitor the effectiveness of training.
• Conduct internal audits on production lines to verify corrective actions' effectiveness.
• Collaborate with various organizational departments, including Procurement, Production Planning, Warehouse, and Manufacturing.

Requirements:

• Certification in quality control/assurance.
• IPC610/620 certification.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar quality role within an industrial, manufacturing, or process-oriented company- Must.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications - Must.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Priority system – an advantage) – Must.
• Knowledge of quality methodologies and process control techniques.
• Background in the defense industry - an advantage.
• Familiarity with the AS9100 aerospace standard – an advantage.
• Experience with Agile systems – an advantage.
