Regional Marketing Specialist

Role Definition and Responsibilities

• Developing a work plan for various territories, with a focus on sales channels and product targeting.
• Analyzing and understanding customer needs.
• Preparing marketing materials to support the sales team.
• Supporting the recruitment of new customers and expanding activity across different categories.
• Creating price proposals, assisting in managing the sales process, and finalizing deals and agreements.
• Collaborating with agents, distributors, and sales representatives across different territories.
• Launching new products.
  

• Proven experience working with international markets (product/project management, sales, service, etc.).
• Experience in creating marketing materials (presentations, etc.).
• Experience working with retail chains – an advantage.
• Excellent English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Strong analytical skills with economic and systemic thinking, precision, attention to detail, ability to integrate information, see the big picture, and tie up loose ends.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs, ability to multitask in a dynamic environment, independence, and proactivity.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong articulation abilities, meeting facilitation skills, and the ability to motivate participants.
• Continuous learning and keeping up to date with marketing trends.

Additional Requirements:

• Availability for a full-time position, including non-standard hours and overtime if needed.
• Reports to the Global Sales Manager.
