Development Team Lead

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee the development and architecture of our web and mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and a passion for designing scalable, high-performance systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a cross-functional development team, ensuring efficient delivery and high-quality output.
• Architect and design solutions for web and mobile applications.
• Manage and mentor team members, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Oversee development processes, including planning, code reviews, and deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges while ensuring platform reliability.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in software development, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in React, .NET Core, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and AWS services.
• Experience with mobile app development using Flutter.
• Proficient in designing scalable and maintainable architectures.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with NodeJS, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), or CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
