The Position
As our Diabetes Field Sales Manager you will lead a sales team within the Diabetes unit, ensuring performance management and personal development. You will directly report to Senior Diabetes Business Unit Director.

You will also:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell our Diabetes products.
• Identify, research, and contact potential customers and manage existing customer relationships.
• Conduct sales activities, including visiting Healthcare professionals, specialists, pharmacies, and distributors.
• Conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
  
  

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Life Sciences and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a people management role in the pharma or medical fields.

Additionally, you should:

• Be willing to travel around the country and spend working hours on the field.
• Have experience in working with Primary care / Mass market (Advantage).
• Possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Have a high-performing tendency with strong teamwork abilities.
• Be fluent in Hebrew and English – Verbal and written.
