Wiring Harness Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Wiring Harness Design Engineer to join our Operations department.

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and draft wiring and cabling for communication systems and Integration JIGS
• Prepare schematics, technical documents, and wiring routes in accordance with product requirements and relevant standards
• Improve manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes for cabling systems, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and integration teams to create tailored solutions for customer requirements
• Provide support during production processes, including real-time troubleshooting of technical issues
• Conduct quality assurance tests and document data for cabling systems

Requirements:

• Practical in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in designing cabling and wiring systems
• Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar)
• Strong understanding of relevant wiring standards and regulations, such as IPC/WHMA-A-620
• Excellent technical skills and the ability to interpret complex technical schematics
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• High-level English proficiency – reading, writing, and speaking
