Job description
We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Communications Manager to join our Marketing team in leading and strengthening our brand presence globally. The ideal candidate will be one who is digital marketing savvy, passionate about marketing, and creating marketing and sales tools that can engage our customers and support brand awareness. You must be a strong and self-driven project manager with attention to detail, deadline-oriented, and a people person with a strong ability to make things happen.
Offices in Rehovot, Caesarea, and Beit Shemesh area – a hybrid working model
The role reports to the VP of Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing activities, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media strategy, and online advertising.
- Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication tools.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels and materials.
- Content Development: Create compelling and relevant content for various channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, press releases, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
- Event Management: Coordinate participation in industry events, webinars, trade shows, conferences, and webinars to showcase our solutions and engage with prospects and clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, applications, and customer support to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Suppliers management: Work closely and manage multi-disciplinary suppliers (designers, PR, Digital marketing, translations, print, etc.) – ongoing work, purchase orders, and payments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in marketing communications or related roles, preferably in the global B2B sector.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CMS, CRM, email marketing software, and social media management tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build relationships with external partners.
- Languages: English - native level, Hebrew – good enough for fluent communication
- Other languages – an advantage
- Previous experience managing WordPress multilanguage websites and familiarity with Hubspot marketing automation - an advantage
