What You'll Do

• Design and implement innovative solutions to enhance our scalable conversational AI platform, redefining how users interact and learn through AI-driven simulations.
• Lead the development of cutting-edge tools to enable real-time monitoring and proactive quality control of user-AI interactions, ensuring seamless and impactful experiences.
• Build and streamline workflows that automate LLM updates and evaluation, accelerating the creation of tailored, high-performance conversational models.
• Optimize and manage the deployment of state-of-the-art LLMs, driving reliability and advancing the capabilities of our platform.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to pioneer new features and use cases for personalized training and educational impact.
• This role is based in our Tel Aviv office. As a fast-growing company and team, we value working together, in person.

About You

• 4+ years of experience in a product focused software engineering role, with a proven track record of shipping scalable LLM-based products to end users. Our stack includes Python, node.js, FastAPI and Django, with GCP and Azure in the cloud as well as use of OpenAI.
• Proven track record of owning and maintaining backend services, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and performance. You understand how to build applications with LLMs and have familiarity with OpenAI APIs or similar tools, enabling you to design, monitor, and optimize AI-driven services. Experience with microservices architecture and API development is a plus, experience building and optimizing RAG systems is a plus.
• Experience productizing and streamlining the LLM life cycle, from ideation to deployment, with external products or internally developed solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Navigate ambiguity confidently, making quick, informed decisions and adjusting as the product evolves.
• Have a passion for experimenting and iterating on new ideas to find what works.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or similarly fast-paced environment.
