Battery Cell R&D production line technician

We are seeking a skilled technician to join our production team in a cutting-edge lithium battery manufacturing facility. The role involves operating, monitoring, and maintaining the assembly line for lithium batteries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing electrodes and coatings according to technical specifications.
• Operating and monitoring machinery on the production line, ensuring quality control.
• Conducting battery assembly processes (cell stacking, welding, etc.) and post-production quality testing.
• Troubleshooting technical issues on the production line in collaboration with the maintenance team.
• Ensuring compliance with operational, safety, and environmental standards.
• Regularly reporting work progress and maintaining technical documentation.
  
  

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, material science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Advantage: Experience in batteries, electrochemistry, or renewable energy.
  

• Proven experience in operating machines on an advanced production line – mandatory.
• Experience in precise processes (e.g., coating, quality testing) – an advantage.
  
  

• Technical understanding and ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with computerized control systems.
• Technical aptitude for resolving mechanical and electronic issues.
