Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team! In this role, you will play a key part in shaping Overwolf’s global hiring strategy. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers across a variety of departments, ensuring we attract, recruit, and retain top talent from around the world. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead end-to-end (E2E) recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to facilitating seamless onboarding experiences.

Responsibilities

• : Manage end-to-end (E2E) hiring processes across multiple roles and department
• s.Build strong relationships with managers and candidates in the UK, US and Israe
• l.Plan, initiate, and execute recruitment workflows to streamline hirin
• g.Source and build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through creative and diverse channel
• s.Maintain an active pool of candidates to meet current and future hiring need
• s.Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment proces
• s.Contribute to building a strong employer brand to attract, hire, and retain top talen
• t.Summon powerful candidates using black magic and sacred rune

• s: 3+ years of experience in technological recruiti
• ng.Proven track record of successfully owning the entire recruitment proce
• ss.Previous experience in conducting in-depth intervie
• ws.Experience in sourcing, with the ability to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for both local and global positio
• ns.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in both Hebrew and Engli
