FP&A Analyst

Main Duties:

• Become a true thought partner for senior management, providing business insights and high-quality deliverables and recommendations, such as weekly/quarterly/annual reports, and various ad-hoc analyses to support decision making
• Support senior management with weekly reports
• Perform budget control and planning activities for different functions within the organization
• Establish effective tools and processes to help analyze the business from the company, market, and competition view.
• Take part in exciting financial and strategic projects
• Exceptional analytical skills

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant working experience
• Experience working in a Global environment – Advantage
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of ERP Systems and BI tools – Advantage
• Fluent English - oral and written

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Accounting/Business Management, from a top university

• Highly driven and execution-oriented
• Team player
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

The role can be located in either Yokneam or Tel Aviv.
