Product Owner

Videocites is a novel AI-based video tracking and analytics company. Comprising state-of-the-art Machine Learning and Computer Vision technologies, our cloud-based SaaS platform is used by global companies in multiple industries: Media and Entertainment, Advertising, Sports, and Homeland Security. Videocites was established by several serial entrepreneurs and three renowned Computer Science professors.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Product Owner with a relevant technical background to lead and streamline the data-oriented and UX/UI aspects of our product development, reporting directly to our CPO.

Responsibilities

1. Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with business objectives.
2. Develop and manage epics, features, and user stories while planning and overseeing sprints.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into prioritized product roadmaps.
4. Work with engineering, design, and BI teams to develop user-centric, data-driven products following UI/UX best practices.
5. Lead brainstorming sessions, scrums, and sprint planning to foster team collaboration.
6. Analyze market trends, user feedback, and data usage to enhance product offerings.
7. Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch evaluations, iterating on features.
8. Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on changing requirements.
9. Deliver product updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.

Qualifications

1. B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
2. 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in data, BI, Analytics products.
3. Hands-on development background with a strong grasp of technical architecture.
4. Proficiency in BI visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
5. Strong understanding of UI/UX design concepts and ability to create user-friendly solutions.
6. Experience in Agile environments with excellent prioritization and deadline management.
7. Exceptional communication skills in English and Hebrew, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly.
8. Detail-oriented problem solver with strong interpersonal skills to motivate teams.
9. Familiarity with design software such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus.
10. Familiarity with domains such as Sports, Social Platforms, Media, or Video Processing is a plus.
