Electromechanical Infrastructure Specialist for Data Centers

Responsible for overseeing electromechanical systems in data centers, from initial planning through execution. This role involves leading planning teams, managing facility construction, conducting vendor selection, and supervising construction and commissioning operations to ensure that infrastructure systems meet performance and reliability standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and design of electromechanical systems, ensuring alignment with project requirements and objectives.

Manage facility construction, overseeing the installation of electrical, air conditioning, and building management systems (BMS).

Conducted vendor selection and managed contracts to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Supervise the construction and commissioning of data center infrastructure, ensuring all systems operate within design parameters.

Work closely with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges, optimize system performance, and meet safety and compliance standards.

Manage large-scale projects with cross-functional teams, ensuring project completion within budget and timeline.

Requirements:

5+ years of practical experience in building, operating, and maintaining electrical, air-conditioning systems, and BMS.

Experience in building and operating data centers - advantage

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong management and leadership skills, with experience leading big technological infrastructure projects.

Fluent in the English language.
