Product Designer Lead

KMS Lighthouse is seeking an experienced Lead Product Designer to join and lead our expanding Israeli-based team. Our product team is at the heart of the company, and we are looking for a strategic design leader who can drive our design vision while mentoring a team of talented designers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of product designers, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality design outputs
• Drive the overall product design strategy and vision, aligning it with business objectives and user needs
• Establish and scale design processes, systems, and frameworks across the organization
• Collaborate with product management and engineering leadership to define product roadmap and innovation opportunities
• Oversee the design team's execution from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Build and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across our enterprise platform
• Facilitate design critiques and reviews to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement
• Advocate for user-centered design practices across the organization

Requirements:

• 4+ years of product design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both individual contributions and team-led projects
• Proven experience leading design for complex enterprise systems
• Track record of building and mentoring high-performing design teams
• Experience in establishing design operations and scaling design practices
• Strong understanding of design systems and their implementation
• Excellence in user research, interaction design, and visual design
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive design decisions
• Experience in agile environments and close collaboration with engineering teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
• Up-to-date with the latest UX trends, methodologies, and enterprise design patterns
