AI&T Team Leader for Electro-Optical Satellites

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Integration and Testing Team Leader to join our cutting-edge satellite development program. This role involves leading the integration and testing processes for advanced electro-optical satellite systems, ensuring the seamless operation of critical subsystems in both space and ground segments.

Requirements:

• Technical Expertise:
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in the integration and testing of complex systems, preferably in the space domain.
• Practical experience in diverse technological fields, such as software, optics, and RF.
• Hands-On Experience:
• Demonstrated ability to work directly in clean-room environments, including hands-on troubleshooting and system validation.
• Leadership Skills:
• Proven experience in managing technical teams, driving processes, and solving complex challenges in dynamic environments.
• Teamwork and Communication:
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-disciplinary teams.

• Space Segment Integration and Testing:
• Lead the integration and verification of subsystems, including cameras, on-board computers, payload processors, transmitters, and more.
• Conduct functional and performance testing across diverse domains: software, optics, mechanics, thermal, and RF.
• Ground-Space Segment Integration and Testing:
• Ensure the compatibility and functionality of space transmitters with ground modems.
• Manage software module integration between spaceborne and ground-based systems.
• Team Management:
• Supervise a team of experienced engineers, ensuring effective task allocation, adherence to deadlines, and technical excellence.
• Foster a collaborative and professional working environment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with development and other internal stakeholders, including international customers and suppliers.
