Technological Project Manager

Role Overview:

• Full responsibility for project management, from initiation and maturation through execution and delivery to the initiating party.
• Work in a matrixed environment with numerous internal and external interfaces, senior stakeholders, and partners.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience – mandatory.
• Proven experience in matrix management and leading complex processes with execution capabilities – mandatory.
• Strong background and understanding of technological development domains – mandatory.
• Experience in financial organizations – an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently under pressure, and the ability to lead and motivate teams.
• High analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience managing Agile-based projects – an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree – mandatory; a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management is an advantage.
• Graduate of programming courses from Mamram or a certified information systems analyst – an advantage.
