Warehouse Employee- student position

We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors.

We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $105M Series A round in February of 2024.

Job description:

• This is student position*
  
  

• Receive components and finished goods from suppliers and production departments.
• Verify the condition and quantity of goods against delivery notes and purchase orders.
• Update inventory in the management system.
  
  

• Arrange goods in designated locations according to the storage method (FIFO, LIFO, or other).
• Perform regular and periodic inventory counts.
• Monitor stock shortages, overages, and expiry dates, and report to management.
  
  

• Prepare orders for factories, customers, or shipping.
• Unload and load goods onto transportation vehicles or handling equipment.
• Maintain the proper functioning of warehouse equipment (forklifts, carts, etc.).
  
  

• Work with ERP systems for inventory management.
• Generate inventory and stock status reports as needed.
• Document discrepancies, damages, or issues with goods and report to relevant parties.
  
  

• Work in accordance with warehouse safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure adherence to company instructions and regulations, including quality control procedures.
  
  

• Previous experience working in a logistics/production warehouse
• Familiarity with ERP systems for inventory management (knowledge of NetSuite is an advantage)
• Physical ability to perform tasks
• Forklift license (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Basic technical understanding of components (preferred)
