We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Specialist with strong technical skills and excellent customer service orientation to join our support team and to be the main point of contact for our customers through various channels to ensure their success and satisfaction. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in the role. The position involves providing technical assistance to the company’s customers, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the company’s products and services.

Requirements:

• toStrong technical understanding of operating systems, networks, and software.
• Familiarity with CRM or ticket management systems – an advantage but not mandatory.
• High-level English proficiency – reading, writing, and speaking.
• Self-learning skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent customer service orientation and outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
