Yield and Integration S.Manager

We are hiring a Yield and Integration Senior Manager to our sensors division in Modi'in

Major Responsibilities

• Daily review of die yield trends on high volume and low volume products
• Fast reaction to in line yield shift/drop.
• Analyze data to define root cause: process changes, tool commonality, human error …
• Fast containment of event
• Define and implement corrective actions to avoid future repeating events
• Periodic Line and Die Yield analysis on all patterns
• Identify main yield gaps per pattern and set corrective actions per item
• Review gaps to Yield std and update costing accordingly
• Weekly report of Line and Die Yield status
• Yield enhancement Roadmap
• Define Yield roadmap required to meet die yield goal. 80% in 2025 & 87% in 2026.
• Create Gantt and establish team required to achieve goals
• present new tools or process that can support yield gain based on ROI
• NPI
• Manage the process of New product implementation
• Review new product yields and define correction steps per need
• follow up on results post implementation to verify stability
• CCB/Designator
• Be a member of CCB & Designator committee owning the process concerns verification
  
  

• Understanding of frontend and backend process flows
• knowledge of inline inspection steps (QC, SPC, Laser, VI)
• understand the impact of process parameters on line yield and die yield
• data analysis skill using JMP
• background in statistics and DOE

• זיהוי פערי תשואה עיקריים לכל תבנית וקבע פעולות מתקנות לכל פריט
• סקור פערים לסטד תשואה ועדכן את התמחיר בהתאם
• דו"ח שבועי של סטטוס קו ותשואה
• מפת דרכים לשיפור התפוקה
• הגדר את מפת הדרכים של תשואה הנדרשת כדי לעמוד ביעד התשואה. 80% ב-2025 ו-87% ב-2026.
• ליצור גאנט ולהקים צוות הנדרש להשגת יעדים
• להציג כלים או תהליך חדשים שיכולים לתמוך ברווח תשואה על בסיס החזר ROI
• NPI
• ניהול תהליך הטמעת מוצר חדש
• סקירת תשואות מוצרים חדשים והגדר שלבי תיקון לפי צורך
• מעקב אחר התוצאות לאחר היישום כדי לוודא יציבות
• CCB/Designator
• להיות חבר בוועדת CCB & Designator בבעלות על התהליך הנוגע לאימות
